Refunds
Can I Cancel My Tour and Get a Refund?
You can cancel your tour up to 61 days before the departure date for a refund.

60 days or less before departure - Non-refundable

All cancellation deadlines are based on the tour start date in the local time zone of the tour.
Payments
Can I Make Payments?
Yes. To book a tour, a deposit of $495 per person is required. You will then have the option to pay the remaining balance or make payments over time. The entire balance is due 60 days before the start of your tour.
If I Make Payments, When is the Balance Due?
The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the tour departure date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any payments made.
Pricing
Are Prices per Person?
Yes. Prices listed are per person in US dollars and are based on double occupancy.
Do Tour Prices Include Airfare?
No, tour prices do not include airfare. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare. Contact us if you would like assistance with booking your airfare.
What is a Single Supplement?
A single supplement is an additional fee for travelers who prefer to have their own private room during the tour. Since our tour pricing is based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room), the single supplement covers the cost difference for reserving a room for just one guest.
Choosing a single supplement ensures you’ll have your own space and privacy throughout the journey. Availability is limited, as hotels only have a small number of rooms that can be allocated for single occupancy, so we recommend requesting it early if this option is important to you.
Will the Price of My Tour Change?
Pricing is subject to change at any time. However, once your tour is booked, your price will not change.
Transportation
What Type of Vehicles Are Used on Tours?
We travel in modern, clean, and comfortable air-conditioned minibuses designed for small groups. These vehicles provide ample space, large windows for sightseeing, and convenient access to city centers and smaller towns that larger buses can’t easily reach. Using smaller vehicles also allows for a more flexible, relaxed travel experience throughout the journey.
Tours
Are the Tours Physically Demanding?
Our tours are moderately active and designed for travelers who are comfortable with daily walking at a relaxed pace. Most days include guided sightseeing through historic city centers, museums, and villages where walking on uneven streets, cobblestones, and occasional stairs should be expected. Activities are thoughtfully spaced with regular breaks and free time, allowing guests to explore at their own pace without feeling rushed.
Travel days are comfortable, and there are also several lighter days with free time built in. Guests should be able to walk for a few hours at a time, stand during guided tours, and manage their own luggage at hotels, though the overall pace remains relaxed and unhurried.
Are Your Tours for Me?
Our tours are designed for travelers who appreciate a balance of structure and independence. We take care of the key experiences — the destinations, select guided activities, and memorable group moments — while intentionally leaving generous time for you to explore on your own. With no more than one scheduled activity per day and a full free day in each location, you’ll have the flexibility to slow down, wander, and enjoy each destination at your own pace.
If you prefer every hour of every day to be fully planned, with a tightly packed schedule and constant group activities, our style may not be the best fit. We intentionally avoid over-scheduling because we believe travel should feel relaxed rather than rushed. Our approach allows for spontaneous discoveries, longer lunches, personal interests, and the freedom to experience a place in a way that feels natural to you.
However, if you like having the essentials thoughtfully arranged — beautiful destinations, standout experiences, and seamless logistics — while still enjoying plenty of independent time, you’ll feel right at home. This balance of guidance and flexibility is at the heart of our philosophy: a little structure, a lot of freedom, and travel that feels unhurried from start to finish.
How Large Will the Tour Groups Be?
Tours will be limited to a maximum of 16 people per tour.
How Much Time Will Be Spent in a Vehicle on Travel Days?
Travel times between destinations are intentionally kept comfortable and manageable. Most transfers range from approximately 1.5 to 3 hours, and longer travel days are broken up with scenic stops, guided visits, or lunch along the way. We prioritize a relaxed pace, so you’ll never spend an entire day in the vehicle, and each transfer is designed to be part of the overall experience rather than just transportation.
Is There an Age Restriction for Tour Guests?
The minimum age for a tour guest is 8 years old. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Beyond the minimum age of 8, there are no other age restrictions.
What is the General Structure of Our Tours?
Our tours follow a carefully designed outline that balances guided experiences with meaningful free time. In most locations, we schedule no more than one planned activity per day. This approach gives you the freedom to enjoy a relaxed morning or afternoon on your own — whether that means exploring a museum, lingering over lunch at a local café, shopping, or simply soaking in the atmosphere at your own pace.
We also include one completely free day in each destination, allowing you to personalize your experience even further. On these days, you might choose to take an optional excursion, revisit a favorite spot, or slow down and enjoy the destination however you wish. To bring everyone back together, we typically host a group dinner on the final evening in each location — a chance to share highlights, stories, and memorable moments from your time there.
This flexible structure reflects our core philosophy: a little structure and a lot of freedom. By planning key experiences while preserving ample independent time, we create journeys that feel relaxed, unhurried, and deeply rewarding — allowing you to experience each destination in a way that feels natural rather than rushed.
Will We Be Traveling Every Day?
No. Our itineraries are thoughtfully paced to avoid constant travel. While we do move between destinations, each location includes multiple nights, scheduled sightseeing, and built-in free time to relax and explore at your own pace. This approach allows you to experience each place more deeply without feeling rushed.
