Daniel George Tours - Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour with Daniel George Tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• A 20% deposit per person is required to reserve your seat
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to tour departure
• Failure to pay final balance by the due date will result in cancellation
• Flexible payment plans are available upon request
• Tour price is locked in once deposit is received

61+ days before departure - 100% refund

60 days or less - Non-refundable

45–60 days (short notice booking) - Refundable within 5 days of booking

30–44 days (short notice booking) - Refundable within 24 hours

Within 30 days - Non-refundable

Itineraries are subject to change due to availability, weather, operational considerations, or other circumstances. Comparable alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

Included items are listed on each tour page. Items not specifically listed are not included.

Tours are moderately active and require:

• Walking for several hours per day
• Navigating stairs and uneven surfaces
• Managing your own luggage
• Independent mobility during free time

Transportation is provided during scheduled tour activities. Due to limited space, guests are limited to one suitcase and one personal item.

Daniel George Tours reserves the right to cancel tours that do not meet minimum participation requirements. Guests will receive a full refund or credit.

Guests are responsible for valid passports and any required travel documentation. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond travel dates.

Daniel George Tours reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be issued.

Daniel George Tours is not responsible for changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
